Wallet Connection Troubleshooting Guide

Allow Wallet Connection

• Open the MetaMask extension and approve connection of your chosen wallet to the website

General Troubleshooting

• Clear cache and cookies
• Hard refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R)

Reset MetaMask

• Uninstall, reinstall, and reconnect MetaMask - IMPORTANT: Save your secret key and/or 12-word passphrase before disconnecting
• Create a throw-away wallet then reinstall MetaMask and reconnect your main account

Phantom Wallet Troubleshooting

• If you have Phantom (or other wallets) they may interfere
• Disconnect / Uninstall Phantom and calls to MetaMask often stop having invisible errors
